Great Day for Football

Except for Brutus... and Sparty

It seems like everyone is talking about Tate Forcier being cool under pressure, and while it looks like he is, I'm seeing something else.

After nearly every big play he's had so far he's turned to the student section and engaged them, and it's great to see. That's the type of thing that makes the fans admire a player more than anything. It makes the fans think he's doing it for them.

And, if his first two games are any indication, it's the type of thing that can make a player legendary at a school. Or is it too soon to think about that?
