Michigan probably won't get to re-vote for primary results.
Sure Obama doesn't really have a platform other than hope-actual policy is for suckers (then again, if you're in the Obama camp you think the same thing about universal healthcare "it's like fixing the homeless problem by telling the homeless to buy a house")
But i mean, hey, Obama does give one heckuva speech...
I just find it worrisome that a lot of the people who chuckled at my post about Google's Android being vaporware don't realize that Obama's campaign is very similar.
And that is not to say he wouldn't be a good president, that's not even to say he wouldn't be a GREAT president, but the fact of the matter is that he doesn't even have a real platform yet and the few concrete things he has said didn't match up to Clinton.
That said, I'm back on the fence about who I would like to see get the bid... of course being in Texas I have the luxury of my vote meaning approximately the same thing as one lone University of Michigan football fan in Columbus, Ohio in November-nothing (coincidentally both states are pro-Clinton, just like every other large blue state other than Illinois)
But honestly, one of the best things that can come out of this election, no matter who wins for the Dems., is simply that in a full presidential campaign the horrible tactics the GOP uses to scare poor white people to vote for them should come to the forefront...
